Dream Home Goals - New Home Construction Smyrna GA

We built a new house construction in Smyrna, seconds from The Battery, and honestly you'd think it was our personal home by how attached we are to it. This beauty was under contract before it was even close to finished and while we're happy someone loved it as much as we do, it was hard to say goodbye to this modern farmhouse build. 

The home had everything a person could want. It was open concept, built with efficiency in mind (hello dream mudroom) and had about every upgrade you could imagine. 

Throughout the home, there was natural hardwood floors. No color stain was added, just clear poly coat to showcase the beautiful color of the wood and texture. Designer lighting, 8 foot doors, and our favorite piece - a custom made industrial lighting piece that took center stage in the home. We restored a beautiful piece of wood we had found up in Lake BlueRidge and added some Edison Bulbs to it, to really complement the design of the rest of the home. 

The kitchen...oh, the kitchen. Custom cabinets, an industrial range, natural quartzite counters, and a shiplap all around. I'll dream about this kitchen forever. 

We had fun with the bathrooms as well. The half bath had a floating vanity while the master had that ultimate farmhouse feel with a vintage claw tub and luxury tile for the shower. 

We've had such a great experience building a new construction the past few months and help make one additional home in Smyrna something to oooh and ahh over. Now, on to the next one.
