We started working with them at the end of 2020. Where many contractors couldn’t start until March 2021, he was able to squeeze us in right away.
We had 3 (for us) big projects, Kitchen, Jack&Jill and the Master bath. We knew pretty much exactly what we wanted, but Shahab had some great suggestions and these fitted right in with our European taste! I sometimes find it hard to make a final decision on things and it was just great to call Shahab and asking him for his opinion or suggestions. He was always friendly and helped me a lot with finding the best of the best! Although his crew was not here every day, they kept us in the loop of the schedule.
Every single person, from plumber to painter, from electrician to cleaner were just the nicest and very precise, which I really appreciate, because I’m pretty OCD myself! The results are even better then I have imagined.

“Renovation Spot transformed my entire house into an oasis for me and my family. I contacted them initially to have a floor-over addition put in place of a two story living room. The goal was to make additional common space in a home with nowhere else to put it. I decided to go ahead and update two full bathrooms and the kitchen while they were at it since none had been touched since the house was built. The result was a total transformation from an ok house to something out of a magazine. Shahab and Frank helped me figure out what to do in every problem area, always proposing high quality plans that worked with the space and budget I had. Shahab’s guidance on everything from tile to lighting fixtures helped me make my home look high end while still honoring my personal taste. The work is simply stunning and everyone in the family loves being in the house. It’s a totally different house.
Throughout the project they bent over backwards to work with my schedule and get us back in the house as soon as possible. Everyone they brought in was super nice, with a special shout out to the cabinet guys who’s built-ins are gorgeous and who always showed up when they said they would, without exception, and even politely entertained the questions from my 8 year old while working (an amazing feat in itself). I really felt like Frank and Shahab cared about my project and I could trust them and that is born out by the quality of the work. They are just lovely people and I plan to have them back to do additional work as soon as I can.”

“This review is way overdue. In 2019 Shahab and his team did a pretty large renovation project for me. They renovated a large 8 Bedroom, 6 Bathroom Triplex. This renovation called for new exterior siding, roof, structural work, popcorn ceiling removal, hardwood floors, light fixtures, backslash(s), counter-tops(s), porch, retaining wall, electrical work, plumbing, appliance installation and more. The Renovation Spot did quality work that was well done, to code, on time and on budget. After the project was complete I had an electrical issue that was the city’s fault but Shahab went the extra mile and had the issue diagnosed and coordinated the cities efforts. I would without a doubt recommend The Renovation Spot for any project you want done right.”

“We hired Shahab and the Renovation Spot after our home got flooded by a faulty upstairs toilet. We had severe damage to our home (6 figures).
I know that insurance work is not in Shahab‘s sweet spot, but he know kindly agreed to do the work for us, along with a number of additional home renovations that we had been putting off.
I cannot say enough about how responsive Shahab and his team were, as well as how professional every single contractor that came into our house handled their business. From painters, to tilers, to electricians, to plumbers, to laborers, to flooring professionals - to every single person that came to our home - every single one was punctual, professional, and really good at his or her job!
Beyond that, Shahab was totally on top of the project at every step.
