Introducing The Renovation Spot

Hi there! We're The Fard's and we're so happy you're here. This little part of the internet is for our labor of love called The Renovation Spot, where design and vision become reality. We've been building and renovating homes in the Atlanta area since 2009 and finally in May of 2016, we opened up our skillsets to the public. 

The Renovation Spot is a family owned business founded by Shahab and Amanda Fard. Real Estate runs in their blood (Amanda's got quite the caliber of awards at home to prove it), and Shahab has been exposed to building homes and drafting plans since he was a kid. This website will be a portfolio of our work with some tips and behind the scenes photos of projects along the way.
